Double A Deposit and Cancellation Policy
There is a deposit of 25% of the total charges due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation. If a cancellation does occur before the 30 days prior, the guest will lost the 25% deposit. In the event such cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to the reservation, all the charges and any additional charges will be charged.  (Some exception may be made in the off season.)
